Canvas Training and Resources for Students

You should already have access to Canvas Training and Resources for Students, and it should be available to you any time through your Canvas dashboard, or list of courses.  This course includes information about setting up your profile and settings, accessing your grades, submitting assignments, participating in discussions,  doing group work in Canvas and so much more. This resource will always be available to you as a Xavier student. 

 

Canvas Guides and Support 

You have access to 24/7 Canvas support! 

At any point you can click on the question mark at the bottom of the  far left menu of your Canvas screen and connect via phone or online chat with a super friendly and helpful person who will do their best to help solve your issue. 

There are a variety of options that you have for obtaining support through Canvas.  Click on the buttons below to access those options.

	All Xavier students have 24/7 phone support access with Canvas.  You should contact Canvas support for general how-to questions, technical questions, or if you experience any problems with Canvas. 855-778-9967
	All Xavier students also have 24/7 live chat support access with Canvas. An additional benefit of using the live chat support is that you will receive a transcript of your chat after it concludes. You can click on the link to the left to link directly, or you can access it through the question mark at the far left menu at any time.
	The Canvas guides are highly recommended for finding answers to common questions quickly. You can also find tutorials for every Canvas feature here.
	Additional Canvas help options can be found by clicking on the Help  button at the bottom-left hand corner of every Canvas page.
